Outbacker Stoves are covered by the following warranty:

The warranty covers all components of the stoves to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase (excluding paint finish). All accessories are covered for a full 90 days to be free of defect in materials and workmanship. 

Within this period the manufacturer will correct any defects by repairing or replacing defective parts of the equipment or making available the parts thereof.The Manufacturer is not be obligated to repair or replace equipment which has been repaired by others, abused, altered, misused or overheated. Furthermore, the manufacturer will not be held liable for any loses due to neglectful operation on the part of the purchaser. Upon the expiration of such warranty all such liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Returned merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. You will be responsible for the return postage to us. Prior approval and a return authorisation must be obtained.

To maintain the look of your stove we recommend cleaning the stove regularly and using high temperature barbecue paint to touch up the stoves painted surfaces. The paint finish is not covered by this limited warranty or any implied warranty.
