All Bell Tent Boutique tents come with a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects.

This guarantee covers manufacturing issues such as stitching, missing parts and water proofing.

This warranty does not extend to the poles or zippers as these can often be misused.

Our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect,

It does not cover for damage caused by wear and tear or adverse weather conditions. It is recommended that tents should not be pitched in wind speeds above 35mph - 40mph. In these circumstances replacement parts are available in our shop.

The Bell Tent Boutique warranty is not transferable.

The warranty does not cover professional and long term use, our tents are designed for leisure camping and our warranty specifically covers leisure camping use.

For tents that are erected semi-permenantly we will cover manufacturing defects for the length of the warranty. Our warranty does not cover mould or mildew as we have no control over the conditions the tent is left up in or stored.

If your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us so we can confirm and resolve the issue immediately.
