This kit is designed to offer you one of our Fireproof Stove Mate Flaps if your tent doesn't already have one. This kit the same as what comes in our Stove Mate Tents. 

Ideally you need to have this flap sewn in. We advise getting in touch with someone who works with canvas like a sail maker - they should have the equipment to get this sewn in. 

Even with a stove flap, you will need to use a flashing kit - the flashing kit keeps the hot flue away from canvas.
