You are welcome to return any item to us as long as it is in new condition ie. unopened/unused and in original packaging and the return request is made within the 1st 14 days with the item arriving back within 30 days of purchase. 

Please include your name and order number eg "BTB#XXXXA" on the outside of the packaging under the address so that we can identify the parcel on its return.

The items will then be subject to our returns process and inspection, and a refund will be authorised less the 3% restocking fee.
